The Path To Joy & Rejuvenation

Joy & Rejuvenation was founded from a deeply personal place. The owner, Tawnja Cleveland’s path to wellness began with a significant wake-up call in August 2008– She had a major stroke. This pivotal moment required more than just physical recovery; it was a profound journey of inner-self healing, and changing lifelong doubts into self-love and acceptance.

This experience sparked a passion for helping other women on their own wellness journeys. Tawnja dedicated herself to becoming a guide, earning certifications as a:

  • Yoga Teacher (RYT 200, Kashi-Atlanta Yoga Ashram, 2014)
  • Somatic Practitioner (Somatic Certification, 2022)

Joy & Rejuvenation was created with a clear purpose: to support women in midlife and beyond as they navigate the unique challenges of aging—physically, mentally, and spiritually. We believe that wellness is a lifelong journey, and every woman deserves a guide, a community, and a safe place to grow.

Meet Tawnja Cleveland

Hi, I’m Tawnja! I’m a wellness coach, yoga teacher, and a stroke survivor. My passion is guiding you on a path to unite your body, mind, and soul, so you can consciously shape your daily experience.

True wellness begins when we choose how we want to feel and intentionally create our day. While many often look outside ourselves for answers, the truth is, you already hold the keys to feeling:

  • Empowered and strong
  • Vital and energized
  • Unbound and liberated

Through coaching and yoga, we embark on a journey of discovery—uncovering what truly serves you, making conscious decisions aligned with your values, and cultivating deliberate habits that support your well-being. This powerful combination creates lasting transformation from the inside out. I’m a witness to this journey in my own life, and I’m here to help you connect with your inner wisdom and start thriving.
